Mr. Gary Williams

Is a renowned Butler and Hospitality Master Trainer, serving as Principal of The British Butler Institute. Trained at the Ivor Spencer International School, he began his career as Head Butler at The Ritz London, overseeing luxury suites and serving elite clients.

His career includes roles at Studley Royal House, Quintessentially Butlers, and managing private estates for royalty and global leaders. As Principal, he leads global training in luxury hospitality across hotels, yachts, private jets, and embassies. Mr. Williams is also the author of "Excellence" and founder of The British Etiquette Institute.

Montserrat Barros

Is a renowned expert in luxury hospitality, trained at ESDAI, Universidad Panamericana, and specialized at the British Butler Institute. As The British Butler Institute's representative in Mexico and Latin America, she has trained over 15,000 professionals and worked with iconic brands like Burj Al Arab, St. Regis, Chanel, and Tiffany & Co.

Her expertise spans luxury hotels, private aviation, yachts, and palaces across 20 countries. She founded Casa Ku, promoting Mexican craftsmanship, and serves as a judge for MexBest and an editorial board member at El Heraldo.
